The voatsiperifery is the fruit of a vine belonging to the piperaceae botanical family. It grows on tall trees in the tropical forest, in the hot and humid regions in the south-east of the island of Madagascar where it is harvested by village communities. Our perfect combination: you can use it to season your salads, but it also goes perfectly with meat, particularly pork and lamb, but also white fish. It is exceptional on foie gras. Among vegetables it goes best with potatoes. It is the ideal companion for white cheeses and particularly goats' cheese.
