Hand-picked whole extra quality black truffle, these black winter truffles weight between 30gr and 40gr. 4 to 6 Truffles per tin. These whole truffle Tuber melanosporum have been heat-sterilized so they can keep they entire flavor, aroma and texture. Tuber Melanosporum, when preserved, gives you a lot of goodness. It has an captivating aroma; it smells like a marinade with wine and spices. As for the texture of the preserved truffle, it softens a little from cooking, but is still firm enough to easily slice or grate. It is used in exactly the same way as a fresh truffle.
