Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil

Deep and strong. An organic virgin oil with a caramel color and red reflections, it offers a slightly sweet fruity flavor and gives powerful yet balanced aromas while keeping a beautiful length and freshness in the mouth. Its taste sometimes evolves towards peanut or asparagus, it is a perfect flavor enhancer. Its use is reserved mainly for seasoning. It is perfect with vegetable gratins,  velvety pumpkin or squash... A few drops are enough to enhance red meat, a potato salad, or to give more aromas to an omelette.
