Gently candied for a long time in a sugar syrup, the orange candied peel are then packaged under a protective atmosphere preserving the flavor of the product and its original quality. Ideal for enrobing with dark chocolate or for flavouring cakes or chocolate mousse. The provenance of the oranges are from Spain (Valencia, Sevilla, Murcie and Andalousia) and untreated after harvest.
