Squich Lorraine 12 x 250g
Description
Description
This Square Quiche is our take on the classic Quiche Lorraine: British outdoor bred bacon is gently fried with cut white onions until soft and generously topped with mature cheddar cheese but for extra flavour we also tuck another handful underneath too. All this is gently immersed in our totally rich and decadent savoury custard of Goodwood organic double cream and milk, local free-range eggs from the South Downs, a pinch of salt, cracked black pepper and encased within Mud’s unique buttery shortcrust pastry. Wonderful cold but even better when gently warmed through.
