5°C) for at least 12 hours or overnight until fully thawed.Ensure the meat is fully defrosted before cooking.Cooking from Frozen (If
Needed):Preheat oven to 180°C (Fan 160°C) / Gas Mark 4.Remove the required amount of sausage meat and shape as needed
(patties, stuffing, etc.).Place in an ovenproof dish or tray and cook for 30–40 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked
through.Ensure the core temperature reaches 75°C for safe consumption.Cooking from Defrosted:Preheat oven to 180°C (Fan
160°C) / Gas Mark 4.Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.Ensure the core temperature
reaches 75°C before serving.
