Oven: (preferred cooking method)preheat oven to 200 – 220°c. Spread onto baking tray in a single layer, bake for 16 - 20 minutes
turning half way through cooking.Pan Fry:Heat some oil in a pan, carefully place in the pan and cook on medium heat. Turn several
