 Place rice in a sieve and rinse in cold running water. Bring a large pan of cold water to the boil. Add 50g-75g of rice per person and
 return to the boil. Stir once and cover with lid. Reduce the heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until the rice is tender. Drain in a
