Usage Directions
Sausages are supplied frozen and are to be stored frozen less than -18°c until ready for cooking. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
They must be fully cooked – oven baked, grilled, griddled or deep fried – to a temperature in excess of 72°c for minimum of 2
minutes, until the juices run clear and no pink colour remains internally
