Cooked and Aged Balsamic Wine 200ml

Elaborated according to an old Provencale recipe, the cooked wine is a grape juice that, in a large copper cauldron will reduce under the flame and concentrate. During this long period of maturation and ripening, this precious liquid has developed unique organoleptic characteristics, a dark brown color and a slightly syrupy texture. Notes of red fruit and citrus.  A pure concentrate of aromatic power, just a few drops are enough to provide a very special flavor to any dish. It’s pleasant acidity ( 6%) matched with its sweet flavors make it a diverse accompaniment to many delicacies from appetizers to desserts.
