Chestnut cream according to the traditional recipe, slightly vanilla, creamy. Chestnut cream is a creamy mixture of chestnut pulp, sugar and water. It is similar to a jam, in its method of manufacture and its use. Ideal for breakfast or as a snack, it can be used in baking and goes very well with yoghurts, ice cream and whipped cream.
