Microwave oven (750 watt): Place 250g of frozen product into a microwavable container, cover, and microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water or milk, and stir well. Microwave for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
