Description

An assortment of mini rolls including a Poolish Pave, Mini Poolish Lozenge and a Multi-Seed Miniguette. Made in France from 100% French wheat from the CRC® (Culture Raisonnée Contrôlée – Controlled Reasoned Culture) production chain. Fermentation and pre-baking in an oven with a natural stone hearth from the Alps give an attractive honeycombed texture and a crispy golden crust.

 

Instructions:
Bake from frozen in a fan assisted oven for 7-8 min.

Losange (wheat CRC® flour, water, stone-ground wheat CRC® flour, salt, roasted rye CRC® flour, yeast).
Multiseeds miniguette (wheat CRC® flour, water, brown linseeds 3,3%, yellow linseeds 3,3%, millet seeds 2%, poppy seeds 2%, pumpkin seeds 1,3%, sunflower seeds 1,3%, salt, yeast, roasted rye CRC® flour, pregelatinized wheat flour).
