This premium Steak and Ale pie showcases high quality slow-cooked beef steak, which has been cooked in craft ale for a beautiful rich flavour and unctuous gravy. It contains 27% free-range UK beef for a hearty, meat-rich filling. The pies can be defrosted and kept refrigerated for up to 10 days, helping you manage stock efficiently while maintaining product quality. Suitable for conventional oven or Merrychef, offering maximum flexibility.

Instructions:
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. From chilled: 180°c oven/160°c fan/gas mark 4 for 25 mins. Merrychef: 1 pie - 3.16 mins, 4 pies - 4.36 mins.
Storage: Keep frozen below -18°c. Once defrosted, keep chilled between 0°c and 5°c and do not re-freeze. Once defrosted, consume within 10 days. Reheat as chilled after defrosting.
Shelf life from opening: 10 days. Shelf life once defrosted: 10 days.
