Paired yellowfin sole fillets with a light lemon and pepper dusting offering a healthy option than battered fish.

Always cook from frozen. Oven cook: Pre-heat oven to 220°C, and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 20-22 minutes. Grill: Grill for 8-10 minutes at medium to high setting until golden brown, turning occasionally during grilling.
