Applewood is the UK's Number 1 smoke flavoured cheese. It was first created in 1965, deep in the heart of Somerset using traditional cheddar cheeses. Applewood has a delicate smoky flavour throughout and a lovely smooth texture, finished with a sprinkling of paprika. These slices are ideal for sandwiches, toasties or melting.
