Description

Prawn crackers, also known as prawn chips and shrimp puffs are deep fried crackers made from starch and prawn that serve as flavouring. They are a popular snack in parts of Southeast and East Asia.

Cooking instructions:
• Heat oil in wok or deep fryer
• Add 3-5 crackers at a time
• Fry for roughly 20 - 30 seconds or until each cracker has expanded
• Remove carefully draining any excess oil

‎Once opened transfer to airtight container & use within 7 days
