Cotswold Plain white (all-purpose) flour is for everyday baking. Matthews mill this plain flour from a blend of the highest quality soft wheats to a fine consistency and rich in flavour. This flour can be used for making pastry, cakes, shortbreads, sauces and many more delicious sweet and savoury products.
Milling and Grain Provenance: Soft wheat is sourced from local Cotswold Grain partnership. The fields surrounding the mill are great for soft wheat flour. Grain is prepared in 100-year-old pine wood bins before milling. All Matthews flour is unbleached.
