Meadowland Double 1LTR

A blend of buttermilk and vegetable oil. Meadowland is more stable than dairy cream in applications using acids, such as lemon juice and alcohol. It does not split, even when boiled and whips to 2.5 times its own volume when whipped from chilled. Once whipped it is stable for up to four hours and even longer if kept chilled.

BUTTERMILK (68%), vegetable oil (fully hydrogenated palm oil, coconut oil, palm) (30%), modified corn starch, emulsifier (sucrose esters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), SOYA lecithin, BUTTERMILK powder, thickeners (guar gum, locust bean gum).
