These gluten free chocolate chip shortbread biscuits contain a generous helping of chocolate chips providing a rich and luxurious complement to a classic shortbread. There are two biscuits per pack and they are perfect for hotels, conference meetings or as a last minute impulse purchase near your till.

Walker's gluten free shortbreads are certified by Coeliac UK. Each product meets the standard for gluten free food, which is to have less than 20 parts per million of gluten. Every batch is tested to ensure compliance before being released.

Ingredients

Flour blend (rice, potato starch, maize, stabiliser xanthan gum), butter (MILK) (26%), sugar, dark chocolate chips (12%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier SOYA lecithin. natural vanilla flavouring), salt.
