Red brown pepper with very hot and powerful notes. It is a seductive pepper, of a rare elegance with notes of warm bread and pastries, citrus fruits, spices and pineapple. Our perfect combination: chicken, and white meats in general, soups, purées, marrow bones, kidneys, lamb, warm salads, anchovies etc. In fact it can easily substitute black pepper.
