Instructions for storage and use – This product is best when cooked and consumed straight away. We recommend storage at 0C to 4C for a maximum of 3 days. Raw foods should always be stored on the lower shelves of your fridge and away from ready-to-eat foods. Product can be frozen down. If frozen then defrost thoroughly before cooking. Defrosting is safer in the fridge, on a low shelf away from any ready-to-eat foods.
